The NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence (NHCADSV) seeks a NH Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program Director

Hours per week: 40

SANE Program Director with New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, a statewide network of independent member programs committed to ending domestic and sexual violence through services to victims, public education and public policy advocacy. Responsible for the administration of the NH SANE Program, working in conjunction with the SANE Advisory Board. Coordinate and enhance the NH SANE Program, building infrastructure and alliances with appropriate non-profits and state agencies. Provide oversight of SANE training and all administrative functions to support the NH SANE Program. Must have strong organizational, program development and management skills. An understanding of sexual and domestic violence issues, victim advocacy and the criminal justice system and familiarity with SANE Programs, and experience in public speaking, adult instruction, and coordinated community response preferred. Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health or related field. Masters Degree preferred.

The NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence (NHCADSV) seeks a Part-Time, NH Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Program Clinical Consultant

Hours per week: 5

Contract position with New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, a statewide network of independent member programs committed to ending domestic and sexual violence through services to victims, public education and public policy advocacy. Responsible for providing clinical training at a minimum of two SANE trainings a year; reviewing and updating the SANE Program Training curriculum; providing professional training as requested and necessary; providing technical assistance to SANE nurses on clinical issues; facilitating periodic case review and process meetings with SANE nurses; providing clinical kit review follow up; and ensuring compliance with requirements for accredited nursing contact hours. Five hours per week. Must be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in State of NH and in good standing. SANE-A certification required. SANE-P certification preferred, or must be willing to achieve certification, within one year. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in public speaking, adult instruction preferred. International Association of Forensic Nurses membership required.
