When a friend discloses to you that they are being abused or you suspect that they aren't safe, that can be a lot to deal with. Please remember that you do not need to have all of the answers and you are not alone. Crisis center advocates are available across NH to provide free and confidential support to survivors and their loved ones. If you have questions or need help navigating this difficult situation, please don't hesitate to call the confidential hotline.
Your friend doesn't need you to be the expert, they just need your support.
