If you have experienced sexual assault or childhood sexual abuse, know that you are not alone. Compassionate and skilled advocates are here for you. 

Sexual assault survivors may experience confusion, depression, anger, or fear, but there is help, and you can heal. Many survivors have never talked about being assaulted or abused. It's never too late to reach out for support. Services are free, confidential, and available 24/7.
